The possible way to find out the solution is to have 1) The base default-language (english) assembly. 2) The language packs. Language pack = translations + patches for multilangauge support. The pack is extracted upon the base assembly. When the solution (patches in lang packs) is seems to be found and tested for some time --- it can be moved to base assembly. We will support russian lang-pack and you will support european languages you have in CpcLanguages. And we can work together to find the generic "lang" solution for our packs. ... |

I’m not sure where the language pack should be: inside the BlackBox distribution or a subsystem like CpcLanguage? Maybe a compromise will be to have the language control (programs) inside BB and the languguage menu & documents outside. Maybe the form CPC Language Change should be inside the form Edit -> Preferences. Is there someone around who can create the ru menu for CPC Language? |

(See svn_old_log.txt -r 96-99).I made ru menu by the same method as in CpcLanguage before I saw it. See WorkResources in Work.7z in viewtopic.php?f=47&t=1043. But now I think what such method is not truly correct. I will try to clarify my thoughts later. |
